We would like to assure all our associates, clients, partners, and friends that we are following all COVID-19 precautions and guidelines set forth by federal, state, and local governments. In order to be prepared, WEBB is focused on precautionary measures to assist in minimizing the impact of COVID-19.
As WEBB welcomes back associates into our offices, please follow all protocols in accordance with our Safe Return to Work Playbook for your own safety and our team including:
Health Screening Form
All non-vaccinated associates, including those who had COVID-19, are required to complete the Health Screening Form daily and have their temperature checked at the front desk in the Corporate Headquarters if you work in any of the Riverside offices. Those in Murrieta must also do the form and take their own temperature prior to entering the office. There are no exceptions to this policy and we are relying on individual associates to comply.
Masks
Face masks are mandatory at WEBB offices for all associates and visitors who have not submitted their vaccination records to HR. All non-vaccinated associates vaccinated are required to continue to wear a mask when walking around the office and in conference rooms. Associates may remove their mask if they are at their desk/cubicle, but if another associate approaches to engage you, you are to wear your mask.
Wash Your Hands
Please wash your hands frequently and avoid touching your face. Sanitizing stations have been placed throughout all offices for convenience.
Practice Social Distancing
Avoid physical contact, like handshakes, and follow any posted signage regarding social distancing practices.
Occupancy Limits
Please follow all occupancy limits for the conference rooms and lounges. Limits are individually posted for each conference room and lounge.
