Helpdesk Customer Support Technician
We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Customer Support Technician to join our IT Department. This position offers a hybrid remote schedule. In this position, you will be responsible for providing tier 1 helpdesk support for over 150 users both on and off-site, to resolve routine issues related to both hardware and software. In addition you will at times provide tier 2 helpdesk support and tier 1 network support.
