Director of Business Development and Marketing


As the Director of Business Development and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the firm. You will lead a high-performance team, driving business growth, fostering strong client relationships, and developing innovative marketing strategies. This is an opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial spirit and make a lasting impact on a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. Salary range: $94,900-$151,800

Responsibilities


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s vision and goals using our client relationship management (CRM) program CEDynamics.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Client Relationships: Oversee the management of our Relationship Business Development program, positioning our experts to be “at the right place, at the right time” to engage our current clients and attract new clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Brand Enhancement: Elevate and strengthen the firm’s brand through targeted marketing initiatives, thought leadership, and innovative campaigns.

Requirements


  • Proven Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in business development and marketing leadership roles within a professional services industry.
  • Strategic Thinker: A visionary leader with a track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.  We are looking for a life-long learner!
  • Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding business development and marketing targets.
  • Innovative Mindset: Creative thinker with a passion for exploring and implementing new and effective business development and marketing approaches.
  • Excellent Communicator: A passionate communicator that thrives on presenting, training, developing, mentoring, coaching, motivating, and overall energizing others to be a part of the firm’s business development and marketing efforts.
  • Technology: Passion for the use of technology in creating efficient processes, as well as collecting and analyzing data.
