Albert A. Webb Associates (WEBB) has an immediate opening for an Associate Relations Assistant. The incumbent will provide a high level of administrative support to the Associate Relations Manager, Chief Development Officer, and firm associates. The incumbent will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a self-starter with strong administrative skills. Candidates must be well-organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet frequent deadlines.

Responsibilities


Provide administrative support to the Associate Relations Manager and Chief Development Officer in the following areas:

  • Policies, procedures, recruitment, benefit administration, training, corporate communication, budgets, and execution of associate events and programs
  • Maintain various databases and assist with data entry, keeping associate records up‑to-date with 100% accuracy
  • Maintain electronic personnel and human resources files
  • Assist with the development of Power Point presentations, exhibits, graphs, and handouts for training programs and firm events
  • Provide graphics support for corporate communications
  • Manage social media programs for recruitment, benefits, and other associate communications
  • Assist Human Resources, Business Development & Marketing, and Facilities Management & Associate Services Departments on an as-needed basis

Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent computer skills using Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Preferred experience with SharePoint, Adobe Suite (i.e., InDesign and Illustrator) with some graphic design experience
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Organization and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Ability to work overtime for corporate events on an as-needed basis
