Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer. We are looking for enthusiastic associates who are committed to life-long learning and always expanding their knowledge of their discipline. Associates at WEBB play an active role in the firm's pursuit to reach its goals by not only performing at the top of their game for their specific position but looking at the bigger picture to assist the firm in meeting its business development goals. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an understanding of company and project goals to ensure successful project completion and client/agency satisfaction
  • Pro-actively coordinate in a professional manner on assigned projects in all phases of development (proposals, due diligence, entitlement, and final design)
  • Take responsibility for organizing, facilitating, and assisting multi-discipline projects and clients to support individual task project managers to ensure goals and expectations of the client are met
  • Responsible for all tasks associated with coordination of teams and assisting the Chief Strategy Officer on projects, proposals, scheduling, and performs administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Ability and enthusiasm for developing strong relationships with agencies, clients, and internal associates

  • Ability to execute research using a variety of internal and external resources
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload
  • Willingness to attend industry and networking events and programs and work a varied work schedule
  • Knowledge of industry processes and terminology, as well as firm services and filing system
  • Honest, reliable, enthusiastic, team player with integrity
  • Ability to travel for the firm with a good driving record
