Senior Vice President
Sam Gershon is a Senior Vice President of WEBB. He holds professional civil engineering registrations in the states of California, Nevada, and Arizona, as well as a professional agricultural engineering registration in California. Sam has enjoyed longstanding relationships with Southern California water districts and public agencies. His distinctive knowledge of our client's goals, challenges, and political stances has positioned him as a leader and a liaison between our clients and the firm.
Senior Vice President
Mr. Faghihi is a Senior Vice President of Albert A. Webb Associates and a Market Leader for our residential developers. Mo is a registered civil engineer and a registered land surveyor in the state of California, with over 25 years of experience in the civil engineering field. He was instrumental in developing, and is now Principal-in-Charge, of our Traffic and Transportation Department and our Survey Department. He currently supervises a staff of more than twenty civil engineers, transportation engineers, surveyors, land planners, designers, mapping specialists, engineering technicians, and coordinators.

Mr. Davis is a Vice President and Market Leader for Albert A. Webb Associates.  Bruce's in depth technical and professional experience with both public and private has allowed him to be successful in a number of large and complex projects over the last 20 years.  His unique ability to understand the civil engineering and planning needs of a project, coupled with his uncanny ability to mediate problems and find creative solutions with all constituents involved makes him a highly sought after consultant in the Inland region.

Mr. Hildebrandt is a Vice President and a Market Leader for regional and county agencies. He is a recognized expert in the disciplines of drainage, hydrologic, and hydraulic services. Scott has a well-rounded knowledge of the engineering industry, which allows him to oversee our educational facility, recreational facility, and commercial/industrial projects, and contribute his expertise to our healthcare projects. This experience has led to his reputation as a trusted advisor for the design of multi-discipline projects that intersect multiple market sectors.
Vice President
Mr. Malone, Vice President and Market Leader for Partnerships at Albert A. Webb Associates, is a specialist in water and wastewater projects range from planning, to design and construction. Bill's experience includes, but is not limited to:  major water transmission mains, water distribution mains, sewer trunk lines, sewer collection mains, water pump stations, water wells, sewer lift stations, major water turnout metering facilities, sewer metering and monitoring stations, water storage reservoirs, and water and sewer system master plans.
Vice President
Mr. Franz, Vice President of Technical Operations for Albert A. Webb Associates, directs all technical oversight activities for the firm and manages the firm's construction services department. He has over 35 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of public and private sector infrastructure projects. He has been the District Engineer for several water districts continuously over a period of 30 years. His expertise lies in managing our firm-wide workload, providing technical training, and the development and adherence to our quality assurance/quality control programs.
Vice President
Mr. Hanson, Vice President and Project Manager of Albert A. Webb Associates, is the Chief Water Design Engineer.  He has been with the company since 1963, joining the firm after working six years with the City of Riverside Water Department, Engineering Division and has responsibility for supervision of the engineering of all phases of the design of each project from its origination in a Master Plan Report or other project origin through the detailed design and construction phases, including coordination with civil, electrical and soils engineers, along with system start-up and initial operation.
Chief Design Engineer
Mr. Algranti, Chief Design Engineer for Albert A. Webb Associates, has over 30 years of experience in water resources. His impressive knowledge of water-related systems has elevated him to the position of technical advisor for all water resources project teams and clients. He coordinates and performs project quality assurance/quality control,  ensuring that technical issues are recognized early and resolved efficiently by an expert in the firm. Dave was recently appointed to the American Water Works Association (AWWA) Standards Committee on steel elevated tanks, standpipes, and reservoirs because of his recognized excellence in the industry.
Senior Engineer
Mr. Knoll is a Senior Engineer for Albert A. Webb Associates. Brian leads our Water Agency/Special District market with his extensive experience in water/wastewater projects. He has been responsible for the design and direction of capital improvement projects totaling more than $300 million throughout Southern California. He serves as the firm’s Market Leader for Water Agencies. Brian is also a member of the Water Environment Federation and Inland County Water Association.
Chief Development Officer
Kevin Ferguson joined the firm in 2002 and is currently the Chief Development Officer. He is responsible for strategic planning, talent development, and firm growth by identifying acquisition, merger, or expansion opportunities for strategic fit and financial impact. At the same time, he ensures that the firm’s reputation and profile within the industry remains strong. He is also a member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services and the Society of Human Resource Professionals.
Director of Traffic and Transportation
Mr. Sheth is the Director of the Traffic and Transportation department for Albert A. Webb Associates. As an expert, Dilesh represents the firm, as well as both public and private clients, presenting findings and recommendations to elected officials, municipal commissions, community groups, and the general public.
Director of Special Assessment & Tax Consulting
Mr. Thompson is the Director of our Special Assessment and Tax department and the Market Leader for our municipal finance agencies. He has directed all aspects of special assessment and special tax proceedings undertaken by WEBB for the past 26 years. Paul specializes in formation assistance, tax roll billing, and annual administration of special districts on behalf of government agencies to secure funding for emergency services, infrastructure, and educational and parks facilities..
Director of Planning and Environmental
Ms. Hooker is the Director of Planning and Environmental Services at Albert A. Webb Associates. In addition to her departmental management duties, Ms. Hooker's responsibilities also include acting as Principal-in-Charge and/or Project Manager on large projects for both public and private clients. Ms. Hooker's project experience includes environmental analysis and project management for both public and private projects. She has experience preparing and managing environmental documents pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
