Matthew Webb, President and member of the Board of Directors for Albert A. Webb Associates, graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Civil Engineering. He holds triple registrations and/ or licenses in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, and Land Surveying, a distinction held by few in the State of California. Matt is also a Registered Civil Engineer in the States of Arizona and Nevada.

Mr. Prend is a member of the Board of Directors, Senior Vice President, and Commercial/ Industrial Market Leader for Albert A. Webb Associates. Mr. Prend's expertise and success lies in his ability to bring projects and people together. Roger is noted throughout Southern California for his efficiency in obtaining approvals for projects by coordinating between property owners, local elected officials, and planning staff.

Mr. Webb sits on the Board of Directors as the Risk Manager and Contract Specialist at Albert A. Webb Associates. Steve has a BA in Public Administration and oversees Special Assessments and Special Tax proceeding projects.
