Benefits
Health and Dental Insurance Programs - Albert A. Webb Associates offers both a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) option for all full-time Associates.

The HMO option provides comprehensive coverage with minimal out-of pocket expensses. Participants receive care and treatment from physicians and hospitals in the HMO network.

The PPO option provides in-and out-of-network coverage, does not require that you choose a Primary Care Physician, and does not require referrals to specialists.


Vision
- Vision coverage includes annual comprehensive examinations with lens, frames, and/or contact lenses provided in any 24 consecutive months or 12 months if a prescription change so indicates.

401(k) Plan - Full-time Associates that have completed one year of services are eligible for the firm’s 401(k) plan. Once eligible, the firm contributes the equivalent of 3% of your total taxable income into a 401(k) retirement plan. Additional contributions up to the legal limits may be made by the Associate. The firm also provides additional profit-sharing contributions within the bonus program.

Bonus Program - Annual bonus payments may be made to employees at the discretion of the firm. Bonuses are based upon merit contribution to the firm, and profitability of the firm. Bonuses are typically distributed at the end of the calendar year.

Life and AD&D Insurance - Full-time Associates coverage is based on the Associate's hourly wage (hourly wage X 2080) up to $50,000.

Long Term Disability - Long Term Disability Insurance pays benefits to the Associate, should they be unable to work due to an illness or injury that is not work-related or self-inflicted. In the event of a disability, you will receive 60% of your basic monthly income not to exceed $7,500 a month.

Holidays - Time off with pay is granted for observance of the following holidays:
  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Veteran’s Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day
  • Christmas Eve (1/2 day)
Vacation – Associates accrue 11 days of vacation each year during the first five years of their employment. Beginning with the sixth year, the vacation accrual increases each five years. 

Sick Leave– Associates accrue twelve (12) days of sick pay per year. A portion of your sick pay may be used for the illness of a child, spouse, or parent. Unused sick pay is carried over from year to year with a maximum accrual of 45 days.

Tuition Reimbursement - Financial assistance for educational courses, conferences, and seminars directly related to the Associate's position will be considered.

Professional Registration - The firm pays for initial registration and periodic renewal fees for up to two licenses.

Professional/Technical Societies - The firm will pays for two professional or technical society memberships for each employee on an annual basis.
