The firm focuses on providing a comfortable business atmosphere that encourages and motivates our Associates, while also providing social functions that allow our Associates to interact outside the office setting. Throughout the year such events as a Holiday party for our children is hosted by the President and his wife, an annual Holiday event for our Associates and their significant others, trips to baseball games, a 4th of July bar-b-que, social hours, and gatherings at lunch are just a few of the programs hosted by the firm to promote a fun, social atmosphere.

For all of our new Associates, a focus is placed on helping them to gain a strong foundation in their chosen field and prepare them for professional registration and certificate exams. Once a strong technical foundation is laid, the firm then beings to offer advanced training programs in project management, business development, and technical areas of expertise.
