Featured Project

A 200 Acre Commercial Development in Eastvale

The Goodman Commerce Center is a 200-acre mixed-use site located adjacent to the 15 Freeway and Cantu-Galleano Road in the City of Eastvale. The site includes three large-scale warehouses, a business park, and a 50± acre retail center (“The Station”) currently under construction. WEBB is currently involved in all aspects of civil engineering for the entire project.
WEBB has prepared conceptual and final construction documents for the landscape improvements of two large water quality basins that serve the entire Goodman Commerce site. The basin has been programmed to also function as a recreational amenity to the site by providing a D.G. walking trail, benches, LED light bollards, low water use plants, plant buffer zones, and decorative rock. The project goals were to provide low-cost maintenance landscaping with high aesthetic quality and a park like feeling while planting to stabilize the basin slopes.
